This yoga based program includes breathing techniques, stretches, strengthening exercises, an aerobic section and total body relaxation. This video has been created for the Arthritis Foundation by yoga and physical therapists. This program is divided into 5 sections: sitting, standing, aerobics, floor, and relaxation, which can be done separately or together.
